    Tamilnadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is at present inviting candidates that are eligible to apply through online for 8 posts of Jailor in Prisons & Correctional Services Department included in the Tamil Nadu Jail Service.Eligible Interested Candidates may apply through online by 13-10-2022 , after making it sure that they meet the relevant eligibility criteria.All personal and educational details must definitely be mentioned properly.

    Mode of Recruitment
    Recruitment procedure for Jailor posts will consist of written test and interview.Written test will have two papers, each of 300 marks.On the basis of written test marks, candidates will be called for interview of 80 marks.
    Details of Fees
    Examination fees is Nil for SC/ST/BC/Ex-Servicemen/ PwBD/Destitute Widow and Rs 200/- for others.Examination fees is to be paid online by use of debit card/ credit card/ net banking.NOTE : It is mandatory for applicants to register their basic particulars through one-time online registration system on payment of Rs.150/- towards registration fee.
